1. The program
Team HoneyDo is operated by Farewell Holdings LLC. If you separately opt in and provide a mobile number, we may send recurring automated or non-automated text messages about the program described next to the consent box you selected.
Operational messages may include early-access updates, account notices, team invitations, project schedules, assignment reminders, and service or safety notices. Marketing or promotional messages will be sent only when you separately agree to receive them. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase or participation.
2. Frequency and charges
Message frequency varies based on your team activity and choices. Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier’s terms govern charges to your account. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
3. Stopping messages
Reply STOP to opt out. You may also use other clear language such as QUIT, END, REVOKE, OPT OUT, CANCEL, or UNSUBSCRIBE. We will treat a reasonable revocation request as revoking consent for all future Farewell Holdings robocalls and robotexts to that number when required by law, not only the message category that prompted the reply.
We will implement a valid revocation promptly and no later than the period required by law. We may send one non-promotional confirmation that the opt-out was received. After an opt-out, you may receive another automated call or text only if you later give new consent or if the communication is legally permitted without that consent. You can also change communication choices in your account when that feature is available.
4. Help
Reply HELP for help or use the Farewell Holdings contact page and identify Team HoneyDo. Do not send urgent safety or emergency requests by text. Contact local emergency services instead.
5. Your number
You represent that you are the account holder or customary user of the number provided and may consent to messages at that number. Tell us promptly if the number changes or is reassigned. We may use reasonable measures to prevent messages from continuing to a reassigned number.
6. Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains how contact and consent records are handled. Our Terms of Service also apply. We may update these SMS Terms and will post a new effective date. Material changes to the messaging program may require renewed consent.
