Make the garage a garage again.
Clear the floor, mount four bikes, build the storage wall, and make room for both cars.

REVIEW PLANA better reason to get your people together
FREE TO USE. BUILT TO STAY FREE.
Pick one finish. Bring the people you trust. Put the tools down and share a meal when the work is done.
For the garage, the yard, the boxes, the paint, and everything we've been meaning to get to.
SATURDAY AT MIKE'S
FREE. AND STAYING THAT WAY.
I'm building Team HoneyDo as a free tool, and everything a crew needs to use it will stay free. If we ever use carefully chosen ads to help support the project, there may be a paid option to remove them. The useful part remains available to everyone.
01 / THE TRUTH
Work, kids, sports, bills, appointments, and everything else that screams the loudest will always win. The shelf waits. The boxes stay packed. The bathroom keeps the paint color we swore we'd change three years ago.
Most of us don't need another productivity trick. We need a few people willing to show up and help important work find a place on the calendar.
02 / HOW IT WORKS
Team HoneyDo removes the awkward part. No one has to nominate himself or wonder when to ask. The team sets the rhythm, then the rotation keeps moving.
Invite the people you'd be glad to work beside and sit down with afterward.
Add anything that would make home work better. Nothing has to be impressive.
Two hours or eight. Once a month or once a quarter. Agree on what your crew can sustain.
The rotation picks who's next. Bring what you've got, do what you can, and leave something better.
THE CREW SHOWS UP
HARD WORK, SHARED
FINISH SOMETHING REALTry this tonight
“I don't think I have a honey-do list.”
The first project may be something small. The quickest way to find it is to ask the person who shares the space: What would make this home feel better?
Start a team03 / THE FREE TOOL
LIVE NOWThe app keeps the crew, the calendar, the work, and the meal in one place. It suggests whose turn is next, helps break a project into steps, and shows what people and tools will make the day move faster.
Clear the floor, mount four bikes, build the storage wall, and make room for both cars.
AI PROJECT PLAN READYSteps, materials, tool list, and safety notes are waiting for the crew to review.
REVIEW PLANInvite friends with a referral link. Everyone can see the active roster, while each person controls how much contact information is shared.
The app keeps track of whose turn is next, so no one has to volunteer himself or become the permanent organizer.
Optional AI can suggest steps, supplies, tools, time, and safety questions. The crew reviews the plan before anyone begins.
Dietary notes, the host's plan, and a simple reminder make breaking bread part of every workday.
04 / WHY IT MATTERS
Put down the phone for a while. Work beside people we care about. Sit down together with something visible changed.
We get to help a partner, friend, or neighbor carry something they have not had the time or extra hands to finish.
Friendship has more room to deepen when we share work, a meal, and the ordinary hours in between.

05 / BREAK BREAD
The host chooses what fits: order pizza, cook, ask everyone to bring something, or split the cost. The meal can be simple. The point is sitting down together before everyone heads home.
The shared meal belongs to the day just as much as the project. The work gives us a reason to gather, and the table gives us time to become friends. Repeated often enough, that rhythm becomes a tradition.
THE PROJECT ENDS.06 / A SATURDAY, MAYBE
This could be a garage cleanout, a bathroom repaint, a fence repair, or the landscaping job that felt too big to start alone.

07 / GOOD QUESTIONS
Everything a crew needs to use Team HoneyDo will remain free. There is no trial period, required subscription, or credit card. If we add carefully chosen ads later, we may offer a paid way to remove them. The core tool stays free.
No. The idea started with men who wanted a better way to build community and serve their families. A Team HoneyDo crew can be men, women, couples, neighbors, or any group willing to show up for each other.
No. Every crew needs organizers, cleaners, runners, lifters, learners, and the person who remembers lunch. We bring different tools and different kinds of genius.
The crew decides. Monthly, quarterly, or whatever can be sustained. The goal isn't to create another obligation. It's to make the commitments we already carry easier to keep.
Anything the team can safely take on, from unpacking boxes and organizing a garage to painting, landscaping, or swapping fixtures. Licensed work should stay with licensed professionals.
