1. Scope and operator
This Privacy Policy applies to the Team HoneyDo website, early-access forms, future team-coordination application, related emails and text messages, and support operated by Farewell Holdings LLC (“Team HoneyDo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). It does not govern a third-party site or service merely because we link to it.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
- Account and contact information, including your name, email address, optional mobile number, city, and profile details.
- Team information, including the teams you create or join, your role, invitations, availability, and the contact visibility choices you make.
- Project information, including HoneyDo lists, project descriptions, photos, locations you choose to share, schedules, assignments, tools, meals, comments, and completion records.
- Consent and communication records, including the disclosure shown when you opted in, your choice, its time and source, and any later opt-out.
- Messages, feedback, support requests, safety reports, and anything else you intentionally send.
Information created through use
We may collect limited technical and security information such as login events, request time, browser or device type, IP address, referral source, error logs, and records needed to prevent abuse and keep the service reliable.
Please do not place passwords, payment-card data, government identifiers, medical records, private information about another person, or anything you do not have permission to share into a Team HoneyDo list or AI request.
3. What your team can see
Team HoneyDo is collaborative by design. Active members of a team can see the team roster and the projects, tasks, assignments, comments, schedules, tools, and meal plans shared with that team. Your display name is visible to your teammates. Email address and mobile number are shown only according to your team-contact visibility setting or when sharing is necessary for a feature you request.
Organizers can invite and remove members, manage projects, and view team activity. A member may leave a team. Leaving removes future team access, but it does not automatically erase shared comments, assignments, or activity records that other members reasonably need to understand what happened. An owner must transfer ownership before leaving the final owner role.
Invitation links are intended for the people you choose. Anyone who receives a valid link may be able to request access, so do not post a private team link publicly. Organizers can revoke or replace invitation links.
4. How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts; form and administer teams; attribute invitations; coordinate lists, schedules, assignments, tools, meals, and rotation; send requested service notices; provide optional AI assistance; answer support; investigate safety or abuse; maintain consent and suppression records; improve the service; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal rights.
Submitting an early-access form does not by itself enroll you in marketing email or text messages. Marketing permission is requested separately. Operational account or team notices may still be sent when needed to provide a feature you request.
5. AI-assisted plans
If you ask for AI help, the project details you choose are sent to an AI provider to produce a draft plan, suggested steps, estimated time, tools, materials, and safety flags. The output may be incomplete, wrong, or unsafe for your property or circumstances. A human must review it before the team relies on it. Team HoneyDo will not intentionally use a private project description to train a public model.
AI output is not professional construction, electrical, plumbing, structural, medical, or legal advice. High-risk or regulated work should be handled by an appropriately licensed and insured professional.
6. Where information goes
We use service providers to perform work for the service. Depending on the feature, these may include OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare for delivery and security; Supabase for authentication and application data; GoHighLevel or LeadConnector for early-access contacts and permitted communications; an email or text-message provider; and OpenAI for optional AI-assisted features. Providers may process information only for the services they supply to us and under their own security and privacy obligations.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect a person, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce an agreement, or complete a merger, financing, reorganization, or sale. We do not sell personal information for money and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If Team HoneyDo later displays advertising or sponsorships, we intend to use contextual placements rather than build advertising profiles from private team activity. We will update this Policy before introducing a materially different advertising practice.
7. Retention
Early-access contact and consent records are kept while the founding program is active and afterward only as reasonably needed for communication, suppression, security, or legal purposes. Active account, team, and project records remain available until deleted, the account or team is closed, or they are no longer reasonably needed to provide the service. Expired invitation secrets are invalidated; security logs and backups age out on limited operational schedules. Consent, opt-out, safety, dispute, and legal records may remain longer when reasonably necessary.
8. Your choices and requests
You may update your profile and visibility settings, leave a team, revoke an invitation link you control, opt out of marketing, and request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. Certain shared activity, consent evidence, security records, backups, and legal records may be retained where deletion would harm another member’s record or is not legally required.
Use the Farewell Holdings contact page and identify Team HoneyDo in your request. We may need to verify your identity. Privacy requests will not be treated differently because of where you live, although specific rights and exceptions vary by law.
9. Security
We use safeguards designed for the information involved, including encrypted connections, passwordless authentication, least-privilege access, row-level authorization, restricted service credentials, audit events, and private-by-default team records. No website, database, email, or text-message system can promise absolute security. Please report suspected misuse promptly through the contact page.
10. Age and location
The service is designed for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly create accounts for children. Information may be processed in the United States and in other places where service providers operate, subject to the protections described here and applicable law.
11. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy as Team HoneyDo changes. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice before using information for a materially different purpose when required.
