Terms

A clear agreement before the tools come out.

Team HoneyDo helps people organize. The people on the property still decide what is safe, lawful, and wise.

Effective October 28, 2026 · Farewell Holdings LLC · Lake Wales, Florida

1. Agreement and eligibility

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Farewell Holdings LLC (“Team HoneyDo,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) when you use the Team HoneyDo website, application, communications, or coordination services (the “Service”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Privacy Policy is part of these Terms.

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use the Service for an organization or property owner, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. What Team HoneyDo is

The Service helps people form teams, share home-project lists, invite friends, coordinate schedules, rotate hosts, assign tasks, identify tools, plan a shared meal, and request optional AI-assisted project drafts. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed when reasonably necessary to improve the Service, protect users, comply with law, or maintain reliable operations.

Everything a team needs to use the core coordination Service is offered without charge and will remain available without a required subscription. We may display carefully selected advertising or sponsorships and may offer an optional paid way to remove them. Any paid option will be presented clearly before purchase and will not be required to create a team, invite members, manage projects, schedule workdays, use the rotation, or access safety features.

Team HoneyDo is a coordination platform. It is not a contractor, construction manager, employer, staffing agency, professional trade service, inspector, insurer, guarantor, or emergency service.

3. Accounts, teams, and invitations

You are responsible for accurate account information, control of your email account and devices, and activity under your account. You may not impersonate someone, invite a person without a legitimate reason, or share a private invitation link publicly.

Team owners and organizers may invite or remove members and manage team content. Members can see the active roster and team content permitted by their role. You may leave a team at any time. An owner must transfer ownership before leaving the last owner role. Removal or departure does not necessarily erase activity already shared with the team.

4. Projects and participant responsibility

Users—not Team HoneyDo—choose the people, property, projects, tools, methods, schedules, food, transportation, and work. Each participant must assess their own skill, health, equipment, legal obligations, and comfort. The host must have permission to authorize the work and disclose known hazards. No participant is required to perform a task and anyone may decline or stop without penalty.

Call local emergency services in an emergency. Do not rely on Team HoneyDo to monitor a worksite, dispatch help, or provide safety supervision.

5. Licensed, regulated, and high-risk work

Do not use the Service to coordinate unlawful work. Electrical service panels, gas lines, structural changes, roofing, major tree removal, excavation near utilities, asbestos or mold remediation, and other regulated or high-risk work should be handled by appropriately licensed, insured, and qualified professionals. Permits, inspections, utility locates, property restrictions, protective equipment, and manufacturer instructions remain the users’ responsibility.

Team HoneyDo does not verify identities, perform background checks, inspect work, confirm licenses or insurance, guarantee attendance, or warrant anyone’s character, skill, judgment, or conduct unless a specific feature expressly says otherwise.

6. AI-assisted plans

An AI-generated plan, tool list, estimate, or safety flag is a draft based on incomplete information. It can be inaccurate, omit a hazard, recommend the wrong tool, misunderstand a photo, or fail to account for code and conditions on your property. Review every output, follow manufacturer instructions, and consult a qualified professional before any safety-critical or regulated work.

You remain responsible for every decision, action, omission, purchase, communication, and result. Do not use AI output to replace a permit, utility locate, inspection, licensed trade, or professional judgment.

7. Your content

You keep ownership of lawful content you provide. You give Farewell Holdings a limited, nonexclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit it only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the features you choose. You must have permission to provide the content and must not expose another person’s private information, home location, image, or confidential material without authorization.

Submitting a photo to a private team does not give us permission to use it in public marketing. Public use requires separate permission.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law; violate another person’s rights; harass, threaten, discriminate, deceive, or exploit; coordinate dangerous conduct; bypass access controls; probe security without written permission; send spam; introduce malicious code; scrape private records; or interfere with another user or the Service. You may not represent Team HoneyDo as having vetted, insured, licensed, or employed a participant when it has not.

9. Communications

Operational messages may include sign-in links, invitation notices, schedule changes, project reminders, safety notices, and direct responses. Marketing email and text messages require the consent described when collected and may be withdrawn through the method provided. Text-message terms are available in the SMS Terms.

10. Third-party services

The Service relies on providers such as OpenAI Sites, Cloudflare, Supabase, GoHighLevel or LeadConnector, communications providers, and OpenAI. Their services may be unavailable, changed, or subject to their own terms. A link to another website does not mean we control or endorse it.

11. Suspension and termination

We may limit or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security, unlawful conduct, material breach, vendor failure, or harm to a person, property, team, or the Service. Where practical, we will provide an opportunity to correct the issue. You may stop using the Service and request account closure at any time.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” FAREWELL HOLDINGS DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, SAFETY, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT A PROJECT WILL BE SAFE, COMPLETED, CODE-COMPLIANT, DAMAGE-FREE, OR SUITABLE FOR A PARTICULAR PERSON OR PROPERTY.

Some jurisdictions do not allow every disclaimer. In that case, the disclaimer applies only to the fullest extent permitted by law.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAREWELL HOLDINGS AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES; LOST DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL; OR PROPERTY DAMAGE OR PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM ANOTHER USER’S CONDUCT OR A PROJECT COORDINATED THROUGH THE SERVICE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE FREE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FAREWELL HOLDINGS FOR THE SPECIFIC SERVICE DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT. THESE LIMITS DO NOT EXCLUDE LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE LIMITED.

14. Your responsibility for misuse

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Farewell Holdings and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful conduct, work you authorized without permission, violation of another person’s rights, content you had no right to provide, or material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim was caused by Farewell Holdings’ own unlawful conduct.

15. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a claim, you and Farewell Holdings agree to send a written description of the dispute and allow 30 days for a good-faith attempt to resolve it. Florida law governs these Terms without regard to conflict-of-law rules. A dispute not resolved informally must be brought in the state or federal courts serving Polk County, Florida, and each party consents to personal jurisdiction there. To the fullest extent permitted by law, each party waives jury trial and agrees to bring a claim only in an individual capacity.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service changes. We will update the effective date and communicate material changes reasonably. Continuing to use the Service after revised Terms take effect means you accept them.
